Yes!  We have the expertise and access to spare parts for all the major makes of lift and escalator equipment.  We carry out free equipment condition surveys and provide a detailed report prior to any quotation being offered, thus ensuring all parties are aware of the condition of the assets prior to any commitments being made.

  • Our lift maintenance charges are high - can we save money by moving to you?
​Yes!  The best quality maintenance is not cheap to provide, so we would not consider ourselves to be a "cheap" company.  We are however a local company without international parent organisations to submit profits to, or the overheads associated with many multinationals.  We are therefore usually able to show significant savings on many of our competitors' prices.

  • Can you get here quickly if we have a breakdown?
Yes!  We have to abide by the traffic laws and ride safely, but our technicians are strategically located around Nairobi and all ride motorcycles. We are therefore usually not far away from any site and won't get stuck in traffic, so our response times could not be any faster - usually less than 30 minutes for a callout, anywhere in the city.

  • We want just one bill per year and no surprises - can you provide such a contract?
Yes!  We offer comprehensive maintenance contracts that actually means comprehensive - nothing is excluded except misuse, so as long as your equipment is used normally you will only pay the pre-agreed service premium.  We have other maintenance types and pricing options to suit your needs, so please have a look at the information in the Downloads section, or get in touch to find out more.

  • ​Are you a new company?
​​No!  ECL (Elevator Concepts Limited) was established many years ago - we were previously providing vertical transportation consultancy services throughout the East African region.  More recently there was a very apparent requirement in the region for quality maintenance services that really focussed on quality and customer service.  We therefore established new offices, stores and staff to enable us to provide regional maintenance services with a quality that is second to none, at competitive prices.
